About our Owner
Hi, I'm Hannah, the proud owner of Knead Me Some Dough! My baking journey began in 2020, during a time when I was exploring my purpose in life. With my fathers encouragement of maybe going into baking as in his eyes " You have loved baking since you were 5," I landed a position at a local bakery in Edmonton, AB, and within a month, I was enrolled in a baking apprenticeship.
During my apprenticeship at a bustling doughnut shop, I learned everything from creating innovative menu items to managing daily bakery operations. Baking isn’t just a career to me—it's a way to bring joy to others. My favorite part of this industry is seeing the delight on people's faces when they take that first bite.
